We offer a variety of different squad programs to suit every swimmer, and our experienced coaches work closely with each swimmer to develop a personalised training plan that is tailored to their needs and goals.

Squad levels
We offer a variety of different squad programs to suit every swimmer
Pre Squad
Our Pre-squad program is designed to introduce young swimmers to competitive swimming in a fun and supportive environment.
Development Squad
Our Development squad is designed for swimmers aged 11 and under who want to improve their technique and race specific skills.
State Target Squad
Our State target squad is designed for swimmers working towards qualifying for state-level competitions, State Target swimmers are required to compete for the Caulfield aquatics club
State Squad
State Squad is for swimmers aged 12 and above who train 5-6 times per week. have a State qualifying time and are working towards qualifying for National Age or Open competitions.
National Squad
Our National squad is for swimmers Aged 14 and above who have a national qualifying time and are working towards qualifying for State and National-level representative teams

Meet the coach
Kenrick Monk, a two-time Olympian, knows the pool like the back of his hand. His journey from the Olympics to coaching is a testament to his love for swimming and his dedication to helping others succeed. With firsthand experience as a top-tier athlete, Kenrick brings a unique perspective to coaching that combines high-level competition know-how with effective training techniques and mentorship.
Kenrick Monk’s track record speaks volumes. He played a pivotal role in building up the swimming program at Cranbrook Private school, showing his ability for developing young talent. His time as Head Coach at MSAC (Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre) produced remarkable achievements, including:
- 2023 Number 1 swimming program in Victoria for Age and Open swimmers.
- Number 1 program in Victoria at National Ages 2023.
- 2023 Multiclass Coach of the year.
- 2023 National age championships – 7 gold, 3 silver and 3 bronze medals. One Australian Age record.
