Kenrick

Head Coach

Kenrick Monk, a two-time Olympian, knows the pool like the back of his hand. His journey from the Olympics to coaching is a testament to his love for swimming and his dedication to helping others succeed.

Chelsey

Development Squad Coach

Chelsey is a Development Squad Coach at Caulfield Aquatics, Working with swimmers aged 7-14. She is responsible for refining stroke technique, fostering strong training habits, and preparing athletes for race environments.

Josh

Performance Coach

Josh is the Performance Coach, instilling a five A’s framework, (Athleticism, Attentive, Accountable, Attitude and Authentic), to drive performance and excellence in and beyond the pool

Nat

Pilates Teacher, Strength & Conditioning Coach

Nat is a dedicated Pilates Teacher and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a
deep seated passion for enhancing the performance and well being of
swimmers through tailored movement practices.

Leo

State Target and Development Squad Coach

Leo currently coaches the State Target and Development squads at Caulfield Aquatics at Wheelers Hill, with a primary focus of developing young athletes and their stroke technique, aerobic capacity, and race skills to transition to the state level.

Sam

Coach

A highly accomplished and passionate swim coach and Sport Scientist with a distinguished background as an Elite international swimmer and over three decades of coaching experience.

Lily

Emerging Coach

Lily is deeply passionate about swimming and building strong relationships with her athletes, supporting their confidence, development, and performance. She competed at state and national level in swimming and triathlon, giving her a strong foundation in high-performance sport and long-term athlete development.

We offer a variety of different squad programs to suit every swimmer, and our experienced coaches work closely with each swimmer to develop a personalised training plan that is tailored to their needs and goals.
