Chelsey is a Development Squad Coach at Caulfield Aquatics, Working with swimmers aged 7-14. She is responsible for refining stroke technique, fostering strong training habits, and preparing athletes for race environments.

swimmers through tailored movement practices.
Leo currently coaches the State Target and Development squads at Caulfield Aquatics at Wheelers Hill, with a primary focus of developing young athletes and their stroke technique, aerobic capacity, and race skills to transition to the state level.

Lily is deeply passionate about swimming and building strong relationships with her athletes, supporting their confidence, development, and performance. She competed at state and national level in swimming and triathlon, giving her a strong foundation in high-performance sport and long-term athlete development.

With firsthand experience as a top-tier athlete, Kenrick brings a unique perspective to coaching that combines high-level competition know-how with effective training techniques and mentorship.
Kenrick Monk’s track record speaks volumes. He played a pivotal role in building up the swimming program at Cranbrook Private school, showing his ability for developing young talent. His time as Head Coach at MSAC (Melbourne Sports and Aquatic Centre) produced remarkable achievements, including:

Chelsey is a former competitive swimmer who developed through both club and school-based competition pathways in Victoria. Chelsey has a strong competition background in distance length swimming, competing at regional and metro meets. Her consistent training and love for swimming laid the foundation for her later work in aquatic education and coaching. Chelsey brings a deep understanding of the fundamentals and values the role swimming plays in building confidence and discipline in young athletes.
Before stepping into a coaching role, Chelsey worked as a swim teacher for four years, specialising in technique development and water confidence across all ages. This hands-on experience shaped her ability to communicate clearly, shape progress, and create a positive learning environment. Since joining the coaching team in 2025, she has focused on guiding development squad swimmers through their early competitive journey’s, using a calm, structured and encouraging approach.
Chelsey is a Development Squad Coach at Caulfield Aquatics, Working with swimmers aged 7-14. Chelsey loves open ocean swimming and has a growing interest in freediving and psychology. Her favourite quote is “you don’t have to be great to start, but you have to start to be great” – Zig Ziglar.
With 4 years of coaching experience, Josh was Head Coach of Bayside Swimming Club and assistant to Craig Jackson at the Swimming Australia Hub in Melbourne. Josh also has experience in sort administration, leading the JX Program at Swimming Australia and Athlete Wellbeing and Engagement at the Australian Institute of Sport.

Josh grew up in Tooradin, the largest asparagus producing town in the Southern Hemisphere. He enjoys the simple things, spending time with his daughter Florence and wife.

Nat is a dedicated Pilates Teacher and Strength & Conditioning Coach with a deep seated passion for enhancing the performance and well being of swimmers through tailored movement practices.
Nat combines a unique blend of Pilates Techniques and Strength and Conditioning methodologies to help athletes improve their flexibility, mobility, strength and overall physical resilience for the demands of their sport.
Over the years Nat has worked with swimmers of all levels from beginner to elite. She also has the privilege of using her skills with the Swimming Victoria Pathways Performance Program. Here she is working with Victorias best athletes from Multi Class, Junior talent, National age, Open age, Australia’s junior World team and international athletes from Korea & Sri Lanka.
Nat prides herself on providing personalised training programs with a strong focus on injury prevention, recovery and optimal performance in the water.
Nat believes movement is not just a physical act but a pathway to unlocking potential and achieving personal bests. This is best achieved in a positive and motivating environment where swimmers can thrive, build confidence and develop a lifelong love for movement.

Leo began his swimming journey at the age of four, where he developed his foundational skills in China before moving to Australia at age 10. He continued to train and compete at a stage level throughout his teenage years. Being a keen Breaststroker, he was a member of the Caulfield Grammar School Breaststroke Relay team for 6 consecutive years.
Leo started his coaching career as a swim teacher before becoming a Caulfield Grammar School APS swimming coach in 2022 where he worked with age group swimmers.
Leo currently coaches the State Target and Development squads at Caulfield Aquatics at Wheelers Hill, with a primary focus of developing young athletes and their stroke technique, aerobic capacity, and race skills to transition to the state level.
At the age of three, Leo nearly drowned at a beach in Malaysia. After staying afloat while trying to breathe underwater, he was rescued by his mum, who promptly enrolled him in swimming lessons. Ironically, Leo now loves going to the beach and is a big fan of Korean BBQ.

Relocated to Australia with my family in 2007 and have lived on the Mornington Peninsula for the past 18 years. Proud mother to three wonderful children: Oscar, Seb, and Tabby.

Lily is deeply passionate about swimming and building strong relationships with her athletes, supporting their confidence, development, and performance. She began coaching in 2016 and has worked across learn-to-swim through to national age swimmers, including roles with Victorian clubs and schools and as Head Coach of the Lauriston GSV program. Lily later spent three years coaching on the Gold Coast, progressing into a Head Coach role and further strengthening her understanding of elite performance environments.
Lily’s coaching style is supportive and disciplined, focused on continuous improvement. Outside of coaching, she works as an osteopath, which complements her approach to athlete health and performance. Away from work, she’s a passionate Hawthorn supporter and enjoys discovering new restaurants.
